All payments can be made via Payfast. Payfast does not require any sign-up and anybody can use it securely.

Payfast offers Credit Card and Instant EFT features. Should you experience any problems with your payment, please email us and we will forward our EFT details.

Items that require personalised designs/logos or engraving, are shipped within 14-21 days via courier. Lead time on items without engraving/personalisation can be shipped within 7 days.

Please keep in mind that most items are handmade and made to order, which takes some time. Let us know should you require a rush order.

Please ensure that your delivery address is at a physical address where you can accept and sign for the package.

Courier costs to the rest of SA – R120

Please ensure the artwork required on personalised orders is in the correct format and resolution.

For specific design requirements, redraw or rebranding, logo design, etc. we will charge an additional artwork fee.

Should you not be satisfied with your order, refunds are acceptable within 7 days of you receiving your product.

We will happily refund your product, excluding shipping costs.

Please note that return-shipping costs will be for your account and items returned must be in the same condition as when dispatched.
